After we eat something, we sometimes need a mouth refresher so that we can confidently to make conversation with other people. If our mouth has bad smell when we are talking, we should overcome it by consuming mouth refresher. If not, it really disturbs the conversation with other people.

Your friend will leave you because of your bad smell mouth. There are many mouth refreshers that can be consumed. One of them is candy. There are many kinds of candy such as cotton candy and rock candy crystals. The candies contain sugar which makes us addicted on consuming candy as mouth refresher.

Cotton candy is different from rock candy. The shape of cotton candy is flexible. It is like cotton. On the other hand, the shape of rock candy is crystal. Cotton candy is mostly consumed to decrease nervousness before having presentation, whereas rock candy is mostly consumed as mouth refresher. The rock candy crystals sometimes contain high sugar.

The sugar can be useful if there is not too much sugar in a candy. If it is too much sugar in a candy, it is harmful for somebody’s health. So, we have to look at the ingredient on the cover before we consume a candy. Besides, rock candy contains mint so that it can be used as mouth refresher after we eat our food. The mint in the candy is the thing to refresh our mouth.

It is sometimes also tolerable to consume candy while we have to attend a meeting after having launch. So, you may eat the candy without your friends knowing. It is because the rock candy crystals shape is very small and it is dense.

It is really helpful to overcome of having bad smell mouth after eating. Finally, your friends will not leave you because you have no bad smell mouth. So, prepare your candy in your bag anywhere you go.
