Maybe you can try the rock candy recipe. The simple sugar candy will be an interesting recipe to try at your leisure time.

Maybe you will need longer time to be able to taste this delicious candy. You will need one week to be able to try your cooking experiment. To make the rock candy you need to follow this rock candy recipe. You can make some rocky candies with some syrups jars.

The ingredients that you needed to make the rocky candy are water, granulated sugar, flavoring extractor, food coloring, glass jar, skewer or you can use thread. After you have those ingredients complete, you can begin the preparation.

Prepare the jar and the cotton thread. Then you need to wet your skewer or thread and roll it over the granulated sugar. While you are boiling some water in a pan, you can add the sugar and the syrup with stirring it till all the sugar and the syrup dissolved.

After that add some colors flavors add stir it. You can choose any flavor that you like whether strawberry or grapes. Then cooled the syrup for about 10 minutes, after its getting cooled, pour the syrup into the jar and the thread hanging on the jar.

After that, you can place the jar in the cool place and do not forget to cover the top of the jar so there will be no dust inside of the jar. And you will be able to see the sugar crystals after 24 hours, if there is nothing changes with your sugar syrup, you need to boil it again.

You can have your rocky candy as the size that you wish. Just need to take it out from the jar and dry it then you able to try on the rock candy from your candy rock recipe.
